All About Coconut Oil

Originally started looking into the health benefits of coconut oil when my mother-in-law told me she had started taking it to help with her joint pain AND she noticed a difference. The more I read about coconut oil the more I was intrigued. This is but a bit of information, there is tons more to add here over time.
