When choosing dark chocolate for health it first of all needs to be the extra dark variety. It should be at least 70% dark and the lower the sugar the better. Cacao, the chocolate bean, contains some potent antioxidants with a higher rating than some other high antioxidant foods including pomegranates, blueberries and red wine.
