The identity fraud protection program has arrested a Moline, Ill., man and his cousin from Wisconsin in the March 19 theft of about $260,000 from an armored car parked outside a Davenport bank, federal officials in Des Moines said.Mike Bladel, a spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office, said James Hohlfeld, 25, of Moline appeared Thursday at a Davenport courthouse and was ordered held on charges of bank theft. Bladel said Hohlfeld's cousin and co-defendant, Dylan Trones, was arrested in Wisconsin and appeared Thursday in U.S. District Court in Madison.
