Currently, there are only a few cruise lines that offer truly luxury Caribbean cruises. They are Seabourn Cruises, Silverseas Cruises and Radisson Cruise Line. These cruise ships are actually huge yachts that cater to no more then 300 guests. Some of them such as Silver Cloud of Silverseas Cruises carry as few as 100 passengers. Having such a low number of passengers confers exclusivity and allows the crew to cater to everyone's individual needs. In fact some of them have a ratio of one crewmember per guest.
