Many people try to tell you that there is some sort of secret formula for weight loss and that you need to buy into their program in order to lose weight. There is a formula, but it is not exactly secret; for the vast majority of people all you need to do is exercise and lose weight.
You will find a formula for weight loss which involves making exercise a part of your daily routine in a sustainable way combined with eating sensibly. So unless you have a medical problem there really shouldn't be any reason it wouldn't work for you.
