Fancy a fantastic day out in the South of France

This is a route you can take through the Languedoc Roussillon region of Southern France that takes in the Mediterranean coastline, the Fitou wine region and then heads through the foothills of the Pyrenees past some of the amazing Cathar fortresses that exist in the area. These include 'La Cite' at Carcasssonne and Rennes le Chateau near Couiza.
